INGREDIENTS:
Water spinach 1 pack
Miyachan Shiro Miso 20g
Chicken thigh 200g
Garlic 2 cloves
Curly red chili 1 piece
Oyster sauce 10ml
Soy sauce 2g
Sugar 2g
Water as needed
METHOD:

Sauté sliced garlic and red chili until fragrant.

Add diced chicken fillet and cook until done.

Add chopped water spinach.
