INGREDIENTS:

YOGURT SAUCE

  • Miyachan Shiro Miso 30g

  • Yogurt (unsweetened) 60g

  • A little cumin powder

  • A little cayenne pepper

HONEY SAUCE

  • Miyachan Shiro Miso 30g

  • Honey 20g

CREAM CHEESE SAUCE

  • Miyachan Shiro Miso 25g

  • Cream cheese 50g

  • Fresh milk 15g

  • Lemon juice 28g

  • A little salt

  • A little pepper powder

METHOD:

YOGURT SAUCE
Mix miso and yogurt. Add a little cumin powder and cayenne pepper, stir well, and serve with fresh vegetables.

HONEY SAUCE
Mix miso and honey until well combined. Serve with fresh vegetables.

CREAM CHEESE SAUCE
Mix miso and cream cheese, add fresh milk and lemon juice. Season with a little salt and pepper, stir until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Miyachan Shiro Miso 45g
  • Small shrimp 100g
  • Squid 100g
  • Curly red chili ½ piece
  • Garlic ½ clove
  • Spring onion ⅓ stalk
  • Fish sauce 5g
  • Water 15g
  • Grape juice 10g
  • Ginger ½ piece
  • Salad oil 15g
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves 4

METHOD:

  1. Peel and clean the shrimp.

  2. Clean the squid and cut into small pieces.

  3. Slice onion, bell pepper, and spring onion, then set aside.

  4. Mix miso, fish sauce, and grape juice, stirring until combined.

  5. Thinly slice garlic, red chili, and ginger. Sauté in salad oil until fragrant.

  6. Add onion, bell pepper, and spring onion. Pour in water and cook until softened.

  7. Add the cleaned shrimp and squid, then pour in the miso mixture from Step 4.

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Remove from heat and serve on top of lettuce leaves.
